Welcome Back, Momauguin Families!

We are so excited to welcome our students and families back to Momauguin School for the 2026–2027 school year! We are looking forward to a year filled with learning, growth, connection, and plenty of opportunities for our students to make a splash!

School hours: 9 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

As we begin this new school year, we want to remind families that our weekly newsletter is a great way to stay informed about what is happening at Momauguin. Each newsletter will include important announcements, upcoming events, reminders, school news, and information to help families stay connected to our school community. Our weekly newsletter will be sent every Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM throughout the school year. Be sure to check your email and review the newsletter each week so you don't miss important information or upcoming events.

Ever wonder what learning looks like inside your child's classroom?

Momauguin School invites parents and caregivers to participate in a Family Learning Walk. This is a unique opportunity to visit classrooms, observe students engaged in learning, and partner with us in supporting student success.

What is a Learning Walk?

A Learning Walk is a guided classroom visit designed to help families gain a better understanding of teaching and learning at Momauguin School. You'll have the chance to see our students and teachers in action while learning more about our instructional practices.

Why Participate?

Family Learning Walks are a wonderful opportunity to:

  • See learning in action.
  • Strengthen the partnership between home and school.
  • Learn more about how students engage in meaningful learning every day.
  • Celebrate the amazing work of our students and staff.

Your voice and perspective matter! We hope you'll join us for these exciting opportunities to learn alongside us and see firsthand the incredible things happening at Momauguin School.

Interested in participating?

Be on the lookout for upcoming Learning Walk dates and a sign-up opportunity. Space is limited to ensure a meaningful experience for all participants.

SBHC Flyer

Beginning on the first day of school, families will have access to Virtual Sick Visits for students enrolled in SBHC.

We are excited to share a new service that Community Health Center, Inc. will be piloting at Momauguin School through the School-Based Health Care (SBHC) program.

Beginning on the first day of school, families will have access to Virtual Sick Visits for students enrolled in SBHC.

The goal of this pilot is to provide families with another convenient option when their child is experiencing a minor illness or symptom and they need timely guidance on whether their child can return to school, needs additional care, or can be safely managed at home.

Parents will be able to self-schedule a virtual appointment using the QR code or scheduling information included on the above flyer. Virtual visits can support concerns such as:
  • Fever or sore throat
  • Cough or cold symptoms
  • Pink eye
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Rash
  • Headache

During the virtual visit, the medical team can provide home-care guidance, return-to-school recommendations, prescriptions when clinically appropriate, and school excuse documentation.

Please consider enrolling your child in School Based Health Care.
